Welcome Financial Group has established Welcome Creditline Corp in October 18, 2002. In May 2014 Welcome Financial Group has established Welcome Savings Bank and overseas subsidiary in the Philippines. In April 2016 Welcome Finance Cambodia has been established through the M&A of Green Central Microfinance Ltd. as a subsidiary of Welcome Financial Group. We also have other subsidiaries in Laos and Myanmar.
